A Stacker Power Unit is a crucial component in material handling and warehousing equipment, specifically used in stacker machines. These units provide the necessary power to lift and move pallets and other heavy loads vertically and horizontally. It comprises of a DC motor coupled with a hydraulic pump essentially & also other components viz. manifold, strainers ,tank, check, pressure relief & flow-control valves if scope includes complete pack.
The motor is 24V commonly but in case of semi-electric stackers it is 12V

Components of a Stacker Power Unit:

Stacker Power Unit comprises of a Hydraulic Pump that converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, providing the force needed to lift heavy loads. An Electric Motor that drives the hydraulic pump. It can be powered by various sources, including batteries in electric stackers. A Hydraulic Cylinder that converts hydraulic energy back into mechanical energy to lift and lower the load. Control Valves which regulate the flow and direction of hydraulic fluid, controlling the movement of the lift. A Reservoir that holds the hydraulic fluid. A Filtration System which ensures that the hydraulic fluid remains clean to prevent damage to the hydraulic components.
